About the Class

Telling our stories is a practice and art, and poetry is often the softest place to start to see our stories as the roots of our wellness. Join me as we use fill-in-the-blank poetry to help you tend your story.

No one will be required, or even nudged to share, but space will be available for those who want to. If you don’t feel like writing, I’ll show you what to do in that time instead– things to imagine and re-imagine.
