About the Instructor
Julie is a personal trainer and nutrition coach certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She’s also a licensed Zumba ™ instructor. While she’s had a lifelong love affair with all things food and fitness, Julie’s real passion is taking people on a journey to becoming the best version of themselves. Her ultimate goal is to teach people how to use exercise to increase strength and confidence rather than simply to look better. She knows the only workout she’ll regret is the one she doesn’t do!

About the Class
You won’t need anything special for the workout. If you get sweaty like me, you may want a towel, so definitely have that on standby. Other than that, some water and supportive, comfortable shoes are all you need!
Zumba is meant to be a party, so this is going to be high energy, lots of moving around, and just a lot of fun! Be prepared to shake, shimmy, move and groove! Don’t hold back! This shouldn’t be scary or intimidating. It’s all about working out for TWO good causes – Initiate Justice AND your health!!! This class is for ANYONE – it doesn’t matter your skill level!
