Please allow up to 14 business days after your order has been placed for delivery of your item. If you have provided an email you will be notified when your item has been shipped and provided tracking information.


Returns are only offered for misprinted/damaged/defective items and must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. If the item you received was defective or damaged, contact to begin the returns process. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.


We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To send you the products you ordered and let you know when they’re on the way;
  2. To provide ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
  3. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to improve our services

Our printers will have access to your shipping information in order to send your packages.
